- The proverbs of Solomon:
A wise son brings joy to his father,
but a foolish son grief to his mother.
- Ill-gotten treasures are of no value,
but righteousness delivers from death.
- The LORD does not let the righteous go hungry
but he thwarts the craving of the wicked.
- Lazy hands make a man poor,
but diligent hands bring wealth.
- He who gathers crops in summer is a wise son,
but he who sleeps during harvest is a disgraceful son.
- Blessings crown the head of the righteous,
but violence overwhelms the mouth of the wicked.
- The memory of the righteous will be a blessing,
but the name of the wicked will rot.
- The wise in heart accept commands,
but a chattering fool comes to ruin.
- The man of integrity walks securely,
but he who takes crooked paths will be found out.
- He who winks maliciously causes grief,
and a chattering fool comes to ruin.
- The mouth of the righteous is a fountain of life,
but violence overwhelms the mouth of the wicked.
- Hatred stirs up dissension,
but love covers over all wrongs.
'A sower went out to sow his seed......the seed is the word of God' Luke 8 :5, 11
We always have need of God, therefore we must always pray.
The more we pray, the more we please him
and the more we obtain.
We are making our way toward the light of our heavenly home,
with the grace of Christ leading us,and showing us the way.We owe more to God than to anyone.
The precious blood of Jesus
cried mercy for all sinners who repent.
Mary encourages us with her example to welcome the will of God
and not to allow ourselves to give in to temptations of egoism and evil,
which snuff out the joy of life in the heart.
Through Christ, the Lord willed that we should taste eternal knowledge.
Prayer is a longing for God, love too deep for words.

The jelly bean prayer
Red is for the blood he gave
Green is for the grass he made
Yellow is for the sun so bright
Dark is for the edge of night
Black is for the sins we made
White is for the grace he gave
Purple is for his hour of sorrow
Pink is for a new tomorrow
7 Things God hates and cannot tolerate
A proud look
A lying tongue
Hands that kill innocent people
A mind that thinks up wicked plans
Feet that hurry off to do evil
A witness who tells one lie after another
And a man who stirs up trouble among friends
